4 Bedroom House in Warriewood

This holiday house is just 20km from Sydney and yet feels like you are 100's km away down the coast as it overlooks a marine reserve. The very best of both holiday options. Enjoy Sydney festivities and events with the relaxing vibe of the beachside holiday home.
The configuration is a main house overlooking the beach with stunning views from the open plan living/kitchen/dining area and a deck that opens up from the kitchen down towards the beach access grass path.
The main house has 3 bedrooms (one with an ensuite) and a family bathroom plus a further bedroom/study attic.
The outdoor area has a Gas bbq and a fenced garden. Well behaved pets are welcome.
As well as being on the beach we are only a few hundred metres from Narrabeen lake, Narrabeen 50m ocean pool and the rock pools which are great for younger children to swim and play in.
This is a quiet unique spot and families will no doubt enjoy a beach holiday of a lifetime. The area is not suitable for party groups. The house has a small apartment on the side that is occupied by a couple but this has separate entrance and is private . There is a deck with outdoor seating and small garden area with separate BBQ only accessible to the main house , then a larger garden area and big dining table and more outdoor sofas outside that is a shared garden space but can be used whenever required .

Summary: Awesome location , can’t fault the views Everything you need. Very trendy . Hosts were very welcoming and prompt in communication. As an older couple we found the modem sofa a little uncomfortable and would recommend a mattress upgrade. Overall would highly recommend for young family and couples for a wonderful beachside getaway!!!

Summary: My partner and I had an amazing weekend stay at this place. Ali and Nick were incredibly wonderful hosts who even let our family come in to help my partner organise a proposal so it was definitely a weekend to remember. The place is well equipped and the king bed was so comfy! The hot tub and projector was an added bonus. The view in the backyard was my absolute favourite knowing we had an easy access to the beach behind us.

Summary: Pleasant stay near the ocean where we could bring our dog. Owners very kind. The accommodation itself was better suited to young people . We are in our forties and were looking for somewhere more private - to read and relax by the sea.
