Positive: The house was great-Comfortable and clean and we (family of 3 adults and two teenagers) had everything we needed. Beautiful view of the river and cozy star gazing at the fire pit or in the hot tub. We loved floating in the beautiful clear water of the river and watching the geese fly in every morning. We would definitely book again if we return to the area

Positive: The view was great and the river was bigger than expected, everyone enjoyed being able to fish. Spot to put up hammocks underneath. Loved being able to soak in the hot tub and relax out on the deck.

Negative: The only place for our entire party to sit together for meals was outside (and it did rain a few days of our visit), otherwise we would’ve been spread throughout the living room and dining area. The wifi went out each morning, even though the connection was good (we were told it was due to the cable problems in the area), which was inconvenient having a toddler watching a show or adults trying to work. Luckily we didn’t have an emergency due to having no reception when it was out. The sofa mattress and bottom bunk bed mattresses were very uncomfortable and sunk in. Neighbors had to use our driveway because they didn’t have the room which made trying to get out tricky (also the branches need to be cut back for safety).

Summary: Had a great time, but could’ve been better
