Summary: The hotel is good overall. The issue I had was I specifically made it a point to make sure it had air conditioning and it has only one mini split which does not work efficiently and only in the main room, so the second room and the restroom were a sauna. When I initially arrived I was given a single bed when I paid for two bedrooms. The second bedroom has a sleep sofa and as mentioned no A/C which made the stay HIGHLY UNCOMFORTABLE.

Summary: Whilst hotel is probably a four star, the service is Five star. From the reception staff, house keeping, to the restaurant team. Thus far it is easily the best service I have had from any hotel in the past few years.

Summary: It is a wonderful business hotel located just 3 mins drive from the bus station (15-20 TL). The stay was comfortable and it offered a wife range of breakfast options. The overall stay was value for money.The hotel had tie ups with taxi services and fixed rates, it took less than 5 mins to arrange a taxi to bus stop, airport or pammukale. Pammukale was a 20 minute ride (60-75 TL)
