This beautiful Muskoka cottage is the ideal four season retreat. Our 3 + 1 cottage is located on beautiful Fawn Lake. With calmer waters, Fawn Lake is perfect for swimming, canoeing, kayaking, SUP, fishing or just enjoy the view from a 16x16 foot dock. Open concept kitchen & living area with 3 large bedrooms and a large entertainment space in the basement and 2 full baths (sleeps up to 10).
Open concept kitchen and living room space ideal for entertaining; oversized master bedroom with king size bed, 6 piece en suite bathroom, and sitting area; 2 comfortable bedrooms and an additional private space in the basement for additional guests.
We provide all linens, bedding, and towels.
- Weekly Rentals starting June 30 - Sep 3 (Fri-Fri).
- Stat and Holiday Weekends require a 3 night minimum.
- Optional Early Arrival and Late Checkout will be confirmed a few days before arrival.
The beach is located across the road from the cottage, 100 sq ft of sandy beachfront offers incredible lake views, and a cozy furnished gazebo.

Summary: From the minute I booked this property, the host was responsive, helpful and accommodating. The cottage is warm and well equipped. The location to snowmobile trails is perfect and the views to the lake are beautiful. Thank you Mizra for letting us checkout later on Sunday, it really helped us maximize our trail riding the last day, it would have been a different trip for us if we had to pack up early and work from our truck.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect for our family of three adults and three children. The kitchen was nicely equipped, the kids loved swimming and using all the water toys and there was a nice comfortable sitting area with an umbrella by the dock. The air conditioning in the cottage was a nice luxury as well. The owners really try their best to accommodate whatever needs May arise. Thank you for a nice end of summer getaway.

Summary: Large comfortable cottage with everything you need. The private beach was lovely, the quiet calm lake, sublime. Convenient location between Huntsville and Bracebridge for day trips. Port Sydney, a hidden gem, close by. Would highly recommend.

Summary: While the private beach is disjointed from the house, the experience of being by the water makes up for the inconvenience. Our experience at this property, as with all things in life had its ups and downs. The poor internet service and the strange layout of the front porch, which is the best outdoor space of the house was the most disappointing. The kitchen though was very functional and well equiped.

Summary: Mirza was very accommodating throughout our stay. She responded promptly each time I had questions, and offered helpful advice. The cottage offered all the comforts of home while surrounded by a serene outdoors environment. Perfectly situated, with Huntsville and Bracebridge nearby. Our minor issue was the AC seemed to struggle to keep the cottage reasonably cool during a very hot week in August. I would definitely recommend anyone stay at this cottage. Joe
