Beautiful recently renovated Victorian mansion set on a former nursery on 1.25 acres, walking distance (3 blocks) from Miamogue point a beautiful white sand beach. New outdoor deck with 20X 40 inground pool, diving board, outdoor and indoor hot tub off the deck. Luxury mattresses and comfortable bedding for a restful nights sleep. Fully fenced in with outdoor kitchen w/ outdoor fire pit, pizza oven, BBQ, Bar and hammock. Small pets to be considered.

Summary: I recently got married in Jamesport and rented the house for some guests from out of town. They had a great stay! The house is clean, spacious, and convenient! Sabatino was great to work with and made the process easy. If you are looking for a beautiful and comfortable place to stay on the North Fork with plenty of space— this is the house for you!

Summary: The house is as described with beautiful views out of all windows. The property is expansive and exceptionally well maintained. It’s a perfect location in Jamesport. The owners were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. I would easily stay there again.
