Positive: The property was very clean and spacious, but not enough seating

Negative: There were multiple issues with the property. The flooring was not installed properly to the subfloor throughout the house. This made it difficult to walk and you had to be very cautious not to trip. The latch on the dishwasher was broken and one of the towel brackets was broken. I immediately notified Booking.com ( Evolve) and the property owner. I informed both of them of the disabilities that we had and possible accidents. I was not offered another property and had to go back and forth to get any compensation as the property owner was disputing there was anything wrong with the flooring.

Positive: The extra security provided by the outdoor cameras was very appreciated by 3 women travelers. The bedroom furniture was sufficient and each room had a luggage stand. Though we did not use it, the fire pit and chairs was a good bonus. The window treatments provided privacy from the neighbors floodlights. The wi-fi signal is strong easily connectable. The neighborhood is very quiet and the houses and yards are well maintained. Also there is a traffic light at the end of the street. If we return to Charleston we will definitely check on the availability of this house. This was a much more pleasurable experience than a hotel, motel or condo.

Negative: The kitchen could really use a step stool as the top 2 kitchen shelves were unreachable without standing on a chair. The glass in the oven door was very dirty though the oven box was not. Not a reflection on the agent but the cleaner. The refrigerator is large but does not have an ice maker but ice trays are furnished. Listing says coffee is furnished but only for the k-cups not the drip coffee maker. Also in the master bathroom, women guest would really appreciate a pedestal mirror with 5X or higher magnification. The addition of some board games would be useful for stay-in evenings or rainy days.
