Summary: We enjoyed our short stay here. It was very clean and comfortable for a two night stay. It is on the ground floor so no steps. We did have a problem with someone else parking in our assigned spot, but this was not the owner's fault. The one thing we missed is having a ceiling fan in the bedrooms. It is definitely a great choice for a reasonable rate!

Summary: Perfect location for visiting colleges & attending the NCAA BB games. Very clean & comfortable beds. The kitchen needs a few additions however. A can opener, spatulas & other utensils, & a real working coffee maker, not a keurig that doesn't work, are needed.

Summary: The VRBO was in a quiet spot but very convenient to a lot of things. Neighbors out and about but no noise. Very clean and well equipped. We wanted to try Chapel Hill this visit but it was a bit further than we wanted from where we were visiting. That is the only reason we wouldn’t go back. It’s lovely!

Summary: The location was exactly what we were looking for as my daughter's apartment was less than a mile from there. The rooms were clean and as shown in the pictures. The host was very responsive. They were doing some construction in a next-door unit but they didn't start too early in the morning. All in all, it worked out very well.
