Summary: What a wonderful, inviting, comfortable home away from home! The entire house was stocked with everything we could possi ly need and Chris and Rose were gracious and responsive! We will absolutely be back!

Summary: I booked this house for my best friends bachelor party. There were 15 of us total. We were blown away with how perfect the house was. Fully stocked with anything you would need in the kitchen. No need to pack most toiletries or towels. We had plans downtown and on Lake Travis and this place was smack in the middle. 20-25 minutes to each. Tons of privacy. Chris & Rose got back to me almost immediately for the 1-2 questions I had. Ping pong balls, footballs, cards, other games included. The neighborhood is 1 mile away from anything and everything you would need shopping wise. If you are booking a bachelor or bachelorette party and you do not want to be downtown the entire time - this is the place. I can not recommend it enough. Perfect mix of a great place to have fun or just to relax. Ubers downtown were between 35-55. I am sort of rambling here but I could go on and on. Book this place, nothing in the listing is misleading. One tip - check in before buying non food items / supplies, there is a good chance they already have it there. 10/10.

Summary: This house is perfect for large groups. Plenty of beds for everyone to sleep comfortably. The hosts went out of their way to make it feel special with all the special extra touches such as little gifts on every bed as well as a huge basket of snacks to munch on. There were plenty of towels and sunscreen to enjoy in the beautiful pool. We had a very wonderful stay ❤️

Summary: My family had a great couple of days here. Our host had great communication and checked with us to make sure we were comfortable. You really know you have a good host when you have an issue and the host is able to take care of it. Well, we had a random issue come up, and they had it fixed for us the same day. Would stay here again because I know they'd take good care of us.

Summary: Booked the weekend fir a bachelor group consisting of 6 guys. More than enough room for everyone. Chris and Rose were very accommodating and were very responsive with any questions I had. The place was very clean and open. Beds were comfortable too. We really appreciated the snacks, towels, and sunscreen baskets. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: The hosts were very helpful and responsive in regards to check in/check out processes and any other questions I had. The house was beautiful, clean, and spacious. The pool was well taken care of and very refreshing in the 100° weather. We loved the water slide! The hosts also set out a snack basket and pool basket with towels and sunscreen; it was a very sweet and personal touch.
