Summary: My husband and I stayed here from out of town for the first time, for the Weekend to Remember Marriage Conference. Great customer service, house keeping were great and we didn’t have to ask for anything, they made sure we had everything we needed. No complaints and we had an amazing view towards the water and boats. Walking distance to all the amazing restaurants. We will definitely be staying again

Summary: The room was very hot even when I turned the AC on and had it set to 62 the thermostat was still reading 71. Other than that the view was beautiful. I had a view of the river side and was on the 18th floor so it looked very nice at night. The amenities were good and the room was clean and smelled good. Furniture was kept in decent shape. Bed was very comfortable. Definitely would stay again.

Summary: The room was clean, and front desk was helpful. The restaurant was great from the food to the service. For my room service order, since I am a vegetarian, I modified eggs Benedict to substitute sliced tomatoes for Canadian bacon, but when it was delivered, the container was basically in it side, so it was a mess. There was no tomato, and it still had bacon. There was no utensils, even though I requested them. When I got on the very full elevator to leave, a hotel employee got on a started complaining to another employee about the hotel. The second employee did not engage. When the second employee got off the elevator the first employee continued to complain to the guests.
