Summary: Very nice place with older touches such as telephone and room keys; will want to go back and spend couple days to try hot tub and restaurants nearby.

Summary: As we tried to check in at 2 pm which it states on the website we were told check-in was 3pm. When we finally checked in we had to sign an agreement that we would not smoke or have any pets in our room. When we went to our room there was a family directly above us, who looked as though they might be living there, had a barking dog. We were told in an email from the facility that we were to call 24 hours before we checked in which when we called they questioned us why we called. Just confusing as to the requirements about staying here and what really is expected.

Summary: It was quiet and rustic. I would have given it an excellent review but we stayed 3 nights and our room was never serviced. A quick vacuum and bathroom refresh would have been much appreciated. A new ice bag for the bucket would have been welcomed daily. I had to ask for more clean towels at the office and then they asked for me to go get the dirty ones. They did follow me for towel exchange. They left a tip envelope for the maid service but I’m not sure what we were tipping for as we received no maid service. It may have been that we needed to ask for it, but there were no signs indicating that. I will stay again as it is very close to the Grafton County nursing home where my Mother now resides. It was exceptionally clean and the jacuzzi was relaxing!

Summary: Had a great one night stay! We were only in town for a night, but the room was immaculate! It was clean and so cozy looking when I opened the door. The ac was already on when we got into the room so it was perfect to walk into on such a humid day. The pool was clean and there was plenty of seating around it. The grounds were clean and well maintained. My kids loved it and didn’t want to leave! If we are ever in the area again we will definitely stay here.

Summary: The pool had bugs and the woman who checked me in wasn't super helpful about pointing me in the right direction of my room. I consistently felt like I was interrupting her cigarette break in order to get the information I needed.

Summary: This lodge uses a real key & that was really nice. The pool looked amazing but; unfortunately, it was a little too cold to take advantage of it. We were able to go across the street to Shiloh's for an amazing dinner with excellent service & then we felt safe enough to walk back so we could finish our steps.

Summary: Very clean and well stocked rooms. You can get extra towels for the pool. Plenty of parking and staff is always welcoming and helpful. We have stayed there many times and love the rooms with kitchen and separate bedroom and pet friendly!
