Summary: The room was clean and the grounds were well maintained and it was quite peaceful. The service was terrible. Every time I rang reception to book with them directly they didn't answer the phone and I was surprised that they wouldn't price match Wotif. When I ate at the restaurant for breakfast the following morning, a kookaburra stole my food the second the waiter put the food on the table and I was not offered nor told that I would not have my meal replaced. I was told there were signs about the kookaburra. The sign only stated that there was a kookaburra that could take your food and not to leave food unattended. I did not leave my food unattended and I had not even yet touched it. The waiter was still standing there. He did not say anything and just walked away.

Summary: It was quiet, except for the neighbours toddler having a screaming meltdown at 0800. I bocked because I wanted a spa weekend. After booking I was informed the spa had no available appointments. I was referred to book a spa in town. During check in I was informed there was likely no parking available and advised to get a bus. This was not the spa weekend I planned. I was disappointed that the pool closed at 5.45pm. I have never been to a resort with a pool that closed before 9pm. For the price of the room I was dissapointed with 1 ply toilet paper, cheap instant coffee and long life milk. The fridge had a half ripped off appliance efficiency sticker, there were mould strips in the bathroom grout and the air conditioner on off button was a hole.in the panel.with an exposed button underneath.

Summary: As per the review the apartment was great, as was the location, will stay again and certainly recommend. Just need a few cereal bowls and better quality fry pans and wi fi connection please. Staff could not be better.

Summary: Really nice apartment - well appointed and clean. Beautiful grounds and setting. Only downside was the restaurant only open Wed and Frid for dinner particularly as you have to drive to other dining precinct.
