Positive: Friendly and helpful staff, a talented chef at Noorus Pub, which serves delicious food and fantastic sauces. Excellent choice of wines and spirits, somebody did a great job there, never experienced something like this before in Noorus Hotel. Great service in Oasis Spa, we felt very welcomed there. Breakfast is good enough, nowadays, not even 4-star hotels in Europe serve salmon, Noorus still does.

Negative: Pity that there is a lack of maintenance, like nobody cares what the hotel looks like inside. Lots of dents in the walls, damaged trash bins and tables, broken toilet seats, that can be spotted as in the rooms so in other areas in the hotel. Very sad view. I hope they will fix it soon.
