Positive: Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of both sweet and savory options, all fresh and high quality. The hotel is very well maintained, clean, and welcoming. The room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable, with a very good bed.

Negative: Did not find it to be a value for money… small bottle of local beer is priced at 5+ usd… milk shakes at 8 usd! There was no vibe to the hotel… some staff were pleasant while others just didn’t care… ..

Positive: Good business hotel in a secure location. Clean and pleasant rooms with "all one needs". Good restaurant with a personal touch due to very kind staff. The hotel is well located for meetings with the various nearby ministries.

Negative: The airconditioning in the business center appears to be out of order. The airconditioning in the bar area is not up to the job. It is better to stay in the restaurant or in one's room until sunset.

Positive: Friendly and accommodating staff. Clean facilities. Toiletries and water provided free of charge in rooms. The breakfast buffet has a large variety, whether you want to eat continental or a full brunch.

Negative: Noom previously offered a complimentary airport shuttle, but no longer does. There is only an expensive paid taxi service available. The wifi did not work for my entire one-night stay from the time I checked in to the time I checked out the next afternoon. Also, quite disappointingly, there was no hot water in the shower and the temperature was not even lukewarm.

Summary: Unlike previous stays at Noom Hotel Conakry, this one was disappointing and not value for money.

Positive: I like the view and the food. The waiting time after they took your order is not long at all as compared to other hotels. The staff were swift and pleasant. The facility was clean.
