Positive: For us (a couple) it had everthing we could have needed. Good quality furniture and utensils .. it even had sharp knives which is a first in 50+ years. The weather was a bit cold and damp but we had the comfort and easy access to Dartmouth.

Negative: We thought the main bathroom shower a bit difficult to enter/exit, otherwise excellent. Maybe a step or a hand rail would help.

Summary: Very comfortable stay within 7 mins walk to the facilities of Dartmouth

Positive: Gorgeous little cottage full of thoughtful touches. Brilliant location for exploring Dartmouth and beyond - with it's own parking space! Wonderfully comfy sofa with a cosy gas fire which was easy to light. Very well equipped kitchen. Beautiful bathrooms and bedrooms. Felt like home.

Negative: Master bed is good, but not perfect! My partner was a little uncomfortable on the mattress, whereas I was fine. Small car is a must - you can just about fit a medium car, but your parking skills need to be flawless. Perhaps a 5-10 minute walk to most of the pubs, shops and the waterfront - not bad at all, but to be aware of.

Summary: Superb. A beautifully equipped, clean comfy and cosy cottage.
