Summary: We enjoyed the house very much. It’s very well equipped, including temperature control/AC which is unusual for Nonquitt. Susan and her sons were wonderful and helpful. All in all, an excellent vacation house!

Summary: The house was great! A lot of space and very nice and tasteful. We were there for a little over two months and really enjoyed our stay. Everyone in neighborhood was very friendly.

Summary: My wife, brother-in-law, and I stayed here for about 6 weeks over Thanksgiving and Christmas. The house is absolutely lovely, and the large kitchen was great for our long-term stay and for cooking over the holidays. There are windows lining every wall, and it is very bright during the daytime. The high ceilings are beautiful, and we were able to comfortably fit a 9-foot Christmas tree in the main living room! Our hosts were very communicative and accommodating, and helped us take care of receiving packages over the holiday season. I would definitely recommend this stay for anybody looking for a beautiful spacious stay in the area!

Summary: What a fabulous home! Instant relaxation as you turn down the driveway! This home is so well appointed and really had everything we needed. We loved going for afternoon walks on the beach finding sea glass and shells. The huge yard was perfect for kids to run and play and the proximity to the village stores and restaurants, parks and other amenities was great. Far enough out of the way to fully relax but close enough to be convenient. The house was clean, had a stocked kitchen for cooking and Susan was so wonderful to work with. We are moving to the area but plan to recommend this for large groups that come into visit.
