Positive: Its exactly as described. Clean and has the basics you need.

Negative: No air con. Just a fan that worked but doesn’t oscillate (it’s broken) so it is a very hot apartment when 30+ outside. Makes sleeping difficult. Fan had to run all night, possibly disturbing for some.

Summary: Location was perfect and very clean.

Negative: Contact with the hosts was terrible. I payed extra for the option for free cancellation. Before our stay we received mails to pay the deposit and send our ID cards before our free cancellation period ended. I sent it anyways and sent my ID but they continued to contact me 3x per day because my partner (who was busy at a funeral didnt send his ID yet (way before the given deadline) and I told the host his ID would come later). When we arrived I immediately told the hosts that the main room lightbulb was not working. They didn’t reply until I asked again but never fixed it so we were in the dark for our WHOLE stay. Then they sent messages on other topics without replying to our request. The TV also didn’t work and the bed was okay but not the quality you would expect for a room where you pay so much per night.

Summary: Fine apartment but ruined by the contact with the hosts.

Positive: This is a small studio that achieves a lot for its size - kitchenette is well-equipped and the accommodation is clean and comfortable. Customer service from Coucou&Co was good. It was my first time using AirKey but it worked perfectly. Free underground parking is a plus.

Negative: Just be aware there is no free WiFi, but that is not uncommon.

Positive: Proximity to the train station. Tranquility.

Negative: The room we requested and paid for was ocuppied. It was difficult to sort this issue over the phone and it took almost 6 hours to be assigned another room. You are asked to empty your recycle bin and do the washing up before leaving. A bit too much for the price paid. The system for opening doors is sometimes difficult to use.
