Positive: Such a modern hotel was different. We like the TV projection on the wall. Very handy to the train station. A tasty breakfast with plenty of choice and the chilled water machine was great too. We also played table tennis which was a bonus in the quiet outdoor garden.

Negative: Although most staff was excellent in addressing issues, questions and requests two individuals were the exception that proves the rule. First we are told by reception bedsheets are changed daily, which is clearly not necessary and untrue. Three days into our stay, our request is met with an interrogation from reception staff about the length of our stay, how much longer we will continue to stay etc. Instead of a confirmation this will be done. We also do not appreciate the hotel’s invitation that guests request rooms not to be cleaned, to somehow “save the planet”. Hygiene should be more important to you than carbon footprint calculations.

Positive: Simple, stylish and eco friendly. Great location for the centre, only a few minutes walk. Pool and outdoor area was a welcomed part especially with the good weather.
