Positive: Very clean and quiet apartment in a great location close to the Old Town. The manager was very friendly, answered immediately to everything we needed and gave us a lot of tips for sightseeing and reastuarants.

Negative: There was a problem with the air condition's heating mode but it wasn't very cold and we were given an additional blanket as well.

Positive: This apartment is one of the best I have ever stayed in. So clean, so comfortable and the location is great. The kitchen is perfect for making breakfast or other basic meals and the rest of the room is also well equipped - hair dyer, iron & ironing board, etc. There is also a smart TV so you can watch anything you like! Some reviews said it was noisy because of the trams but our room wasn't facing the main road so it didn't bother us, some noise is to be expected given the central location. The host is lovely and even recommended some places to eat and visit in Krakow. Would recommend this apartment to anyone, such great value for money! Thank you!

Negative: Everything was perfect. The doors felt a little unsafe at times in the dark.
