Summary: Exelent and smood check in. Customer service is top notch. Pool and restaurant on the roof with great view and food. Room was fantastic (suite). The view was amazing. All in all a great hotel. Would like to stay again.

Summary: I have stayed here before, and it was a pleasant hotel experience. Now it is not. There is a significant lack of maintenance; the rooms are in disrepair. My window curtain didn't work properly, so I couldn't close it completely. The night lamp on the bedside table didn't work. The USB port to charge the phone (that was on a digital radio on the night table) didn't work. The handle of the bathroom sink came apart when turned on. The AC broke 2 times; the last night was so hot, and it wouldn't cool the room. The key to the room kept failing, so I had to come down several times so it could be reactivated. The gym was also in disrepair, didn't provide any towels or cups to drink from the water dispenser. The staff was nice but mostly inefficient. I would not stay here again until I know there has been a major refurbishment. The area is great, with many restaurants, stores and a beautiful mall close by, very walkable, but there are other hotels in the area which I will choose for next time. It is really a shame that a nice hotel like this is in such a bad state.
