Negative: Heating system not turned on in our room, we froze the first night (in the Middle of the desert). Out of water supply one day. Couldnt take a shower for some time. There seems to be opportunity to have tighter protocols around basic admin procedures.

Positive: The food at the restaurant was very good, and very good variety for breakfast. Coffee maker with excellent choices, free filtered water, free coca leaves and tea! Very good service! All staff very helpful especially the guy that was on night shift, for couple of times he ran an extra mile to be of help, he reminded me there is coffee in the restaurant before leaving for the geysers at 4 AM!! I'm impressed!

Negative: Not enough accessible power outlets by the bed. Not clear enough English instructions to set up the safe.

Summary: Beautiful place to relax after visiting the desert around.

Positive: The atmosphere of the hotel was very calm and relaxing. The room was great and the team working in the hotel was amazing.

Negative: The breakfast service was tricky. They didn't have enough people to keep the food flowing, clear up dirty dishes etc.
