Positive: The location is best you’ll ever great - right outside great restaurants, bar, and city center with transportation!

Negative: There was nothing our group did not like about the property - perhaps a laundry machine would’ve been nice but no problem at all

Positive: The location is perfect next to Place Comedie. The appartment is very spacious with a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen.

Negative: The rooms that look at the street are very noisy till late evening! Two of the four rooms are very distant from the shower and one of them has a WC which serves also the room in the other side of the appartment.

Positive: The location, decor and upgrades. There was also a lot of seating which is unusual. The kitchen was fantastic and everyone had their own bed which was a welcomed!

Negative: The master bedroom had a putrescent smell. Some of the lights didn’t work in the master either. The bed is very uncomfortable. Could barely call it a bed. It’s a flat cushion on a hard surface. Once I opened the shower the smell was even worse. We didn’t even want to shower in there it was so fowl.

Summary: Incredible location and adorable and well decorated flat.
