Positive: Quick and easy access to the apartment. It was stylish and light. There were plenty of glasses, mugs and plates. We didn't cook so I can't comment on how well the kitchen is equipped. The showers we good and there was plenty of hot water. The beds were comfortable. Also thank you so much for the later check out.

Negative: There were a few silly things that would have made the place more comfortable. There are only 2 toilets which if 10 are staying that might be an issue, we were only five. The downstairs shower backed up with water so we needed to have short showers if we used this one. More comfortable pillows would aid sleep but the beds were comfortable. Also adding towels rails in the toilets to hang up hand towels is essential otherwise the had to be draped over the taps. Likewise hooks in the bathrooms for clothes etc would be helpful. One bedroom had no hanging space so shared with another room. These are all little snags but worth being aware of.

Summary: It was easy to use and had convenient transport links to the city.

Negative: TV did not have cable. Therefore, did not have access to local channels. Bottles for bath gel in glass which is dangerous if they break.

Positive: Perfect location near local shops restaurants and bars. Transport links were a couple of minutes walk away so transfer from airport was easy. District is lively as it is close to the University and Colleges but never any signs of trouble during our stay. River is just a 10 min. walk away and old town similar distance perfect for touring the city.

Negative: An information book with a small amount of local information for guests would have been helpful but that is a minor niggle but did not hinder us in any way
