Positive: Nobus is in a gorgeous location with a 270 degree view of the sea and gorgeous hills on the other side of the water, overlooking an infinity pool. Beautiful overall aesthetic; light, soaring ceilings, modern.

Negative: We were there in the run-up to the season, so a few things were still being fixed, leading to some construction noise in front of the pool, road leading up to the hotel still being fixed and tarred. Further, despite paying extra to book a soundproof room, groups of young, loud Americans traveling together stayed up drunk until 3-4 am and ran around the hallways slamming doors even after repeated interventions from us and the hotel staff. The hotel needs to better enforce quiet times to allow other guests to sleep.
