Positive: Large, comfortable apartment centrally located close to amenities. Private parking.

Negative: No kitchen welcome pack (dishtowel, sponge, washing up liquid etc) on arrival. Had to go to Morrisons to get basics so we could clean up after eating. Fixtures and fittings in generally poor condition. Mouldy shower ceiling with rusty metal sticking out of shower wall. Broken bath panel. Broken kitchen tap. Lack of cutlery (only 3 x forks). Dirty and dusty floor underneath furniture in living room. Stains on bedthrow. Heavily stained carpet metal straps at doorways to bedrooms. Broken bathroom door lock. Broken bedroom door facing. Noise in second bedroom, when raining you can hear dripping in the interbal drainage downpipe which disturbs sleep. Cracked and dirty crockery and cookware - everything had to be cleaned before use. Loose and poorly fitted toilet seat. Broken and poorly mai tained bedroom furniture - bedside table lids loose and chest of drawers drawer bases were collapsing. Wardrobe doors didn't close completely.

Positive: A short walk to town, opposite a supermarket, and a 2 minute walk from an EV charge point made this a really convenient location. The apartment was clean, spacious, well equipped, and quiet. The owners were very attentive and quick to respond to messages prior to and during our stay.
