Family friendly, quiet area, spectacular boathouse roof-top deck. 10 minutes to either Haliburton or Minden. Haliburton art school nearby. Canoes, Kayaks, paddle boat available. 2 marinas on the lake have boat rentals. TV, satellite, internet, good cell service. Bedrooms are Queen, Queen and bunks plus pull out double. Available for Saturday to Saturday rentals only. MAXIMUM 1 DOG PER RENTER, unless specifically discussed and approved. Propane barbeque with 1 full tank of propane is located conveniently on the deck. Kitchen has everything you need and more to make delicious meals that can be enjoyed at the outdoor dining table, the rooftop deck, the dock or even inside at the table.

Summary: The cottage was cozy with enough space for the 5 of us. The yard was flat and grassy for outdoor games or to relax by the fire. Entrance to the lake was sandy near the shore, and deep enough to jump off the end of the dock. We really enjoyed our stay, the owners are right next door for any questions (or to snap a pic or two).

Summary: We have a lovely week at the cottage. It was a great spot for our family, and we enjoyed the firepit, swimming off the dock, and kayaking. Michelle was always helpful when we had any questions. Lots to do in the area as well!

Summary: Thanks Michelle we loved our stay! Cottage was exactly as described. Everything went well from booking to check in and check out. Easy access to a lovely waterfront, we enjoyed the boathouse rooftop patio and also the large sunny dock. Cottage was very clean and well equipped. Great location, am easy drive to Minden and Halliburton during rainy days. Would definitely recommend!

Summary: Cozy and pleasant stay. Owner (Michelle) was super nice and accommodating. We enjoyed ourselves very much. One minor thing I would change…the write up should let people know ahead of time that owners live right next door….this might factor into decisions before booking.

Summary: Gorgeous location. Wonderfully clean and well kept property. Loved the fire pit with lots of wood. The two docks were just perfect, large, lots of chairs and spectacular views! Kitchen was very well stocked with everything needed for cooking. And a brand new BBQ! Our hosts were attentive, accommodating and really nice folks! Highly recommend this lovely rental.

Summary: Our family enjoyed this authentic, cute cottage for a week. The inside was comfortable with two separate living areas and three bedrooms. The kitchen was completely stocked with everything that you would need for your stay. We really enjoyed the outdoor space - the bonfire pit, floating dock and the patio on the boathouse rooftop. Michelle (the owner) was a pleasure to interact with - she worked very hard to make sure that we had what we needed to make our stay more enjoyable. The cottage is in a great little spot on the lake - the owners live on one side and friendly neighbours on the other side. Everyone around us made us feel very welcome. We hope to visit again next year. I will definitely be packing much less for the next trip - they really had everything that we needed. Thanks to Michelle and her family for being amazing hosts and sharing their piece of heaven with us. :)
