Summary: The house is built on stilts, so you have a wonderful Gulf view from the terrace. The place had everything we needed, in a very quiet neighborhood, but still close to groceries and restaurants Our hosts ( Lynda lives next door) were very friendly and always available. A perfect stay

Summary: This place is great and Ron and Lynda are even better. Our family spent four days at the propety and had a wonderful time. It was clean and had all the amenities one would want. We did not have time to enjoy the bay but I would l definitly go back to try it out. I enjoyed both the sunsets and the sunrises as I took the dog for her walks. Thank you Ron and Lynda for making our stay a great experince.

Summary: Very relaxing 4 days at the Dolphin House. We loved sitting on the upper deck gazing out at the bay, or stretched out on the couch with the same wonderful view. It was nice being away from all the traffic, and lots of things to do within an hour away.

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay at the Gulf house! The house was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our family weekend. Linda was amazing too. From giving us information about things to do in the area and places to eat. We also had a great time playing the Jenga game she let us use. Overall we would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Beautiful gulf view enjoyed coffee on the deck, comfortable beds, nice amenities with lots to see and do nearby. Ron and Lynda were the perfect hosts- nice conversations with them!

Summary: Place was okay, clean (except when accessing the pullout sofa-bed), nice view and quiet. The mattresses were old and no support left in them, need replacing. The shower was hot but didn't drain, bad. There is no access to the water in this neighborhood and you had to drive to Hudson beach which was tiny, rocky and little sitting area. The host Ron was very responsive once I plodded him 4 days before arrival i hadn't been given location and access codes. He was good going forward.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The weather was a bit rainy, so we spent a lot of time enjoying the amazing views from the very comfortable family room. We also enjoyed ‘feeling like a local’ at many of the nearby restaurants. We would definitely recommend!
