Positive: Brand new build. Toilet and shower in each bedroom and one down stairs. Two sitting areas, big kitchen table in the kitchen. Very clean. Very warm. Excellent facilities. Great location. Brilliant information pack. Weather wasn't good but there is a patio set to sit out side.

Negative: Nothing really, but the path in front garden could do with a but of pain on it to see where the edge is (it tends to blenden into get her and with a slight slope we missed it a couple of times. Wasn't quite sure about recycling.
