Positive: What a beautiful home! Lovely furnishings and a separate bedroom and gorgeous bathroom! Situated in a lovely part of Cardiff, the location is immaculate and the owners are very friendly and helpful! After 3 days, we would have been happy to stay longer…just like home without the kitchen!

Positive: Very clean. Lovely extras. Comfortable with good quality fixtures and fittings. Off street parking in very nice residential area.

Negative: Some distance to the city centre, although that did not affect me. Close to bus stop and service timetable in room.

Positive: Everything!!!!! Lisa was very friendly on the phone. Clear instructions for entry. The property was immaculate. Lots of little extras we weren’t expecting. I won’t list them here, so that when you arrive you’ll be as delighted as we were. Very comfortable accommodation, en suite was fantastic.

Positive: This is an amazing gem of a place! We stayed 1 night and easily walked to the nearby train station to get to Cardiff Bay for the evening. The accommodation is immaculate, comfortable, well thought- out and beautifully decorated. The bed was so comfortable and had quality linen, and the best pillows I've ever slept on! The host provided an abundance of complimentary toiletries including things you may have forgotten, the bathroom was very luxurious with a modern, spacious walk in shower. The continental breakfast was plentiful and we had bottled water and fresh milk. There was a thoughtful basket of snacks which was much appreciated and they even went above and beyond gifting us a birthday balloon and Prosecco to welcome us! All communications were timely and informative and we would definitely look to stay again on our next visit to Cardiff. This place is such good value for its high standard. Thank you for a brilliant stay!
