Summary: I couldn’t have been more impressed with this place! The pictures do not do it justice. My six year old son loved the trampoline and my friends and I especially enjoyed the late night fires around the beautiful fireplace. The interior was immaculate. And the location!

Summary: At first we were a little leery of the house's location so close to a busy highway. But our fears were quickly allayed as we entered the house and found it quiet, comfortable and perfect for our family of four. The neighborhood was great for walking around. The only drawback was having to cross the toll bridge each time we went into Newport. We were there for a wedding weekend that took place entirely in Newport, so there were a lot of tolls to be paid. A small price to pay for such lovely lodgings.

Summary: The house is really charming and met the needs of both adults and both teens quite well. Highlights: the patio area and fire pit are amazing and the kitchen is really well appointed! The beds are also really comfortable. Areas for improvement: we were never able to connect to the Wi-Fi or the Bluetooth speaker. Also, instructions about parking at the town beach could be more clear. We ended up paying to park there but parked on the street close by instead of the lot and got a ticket. Completely our fault for not understanding the signs accurately, but it was a little confusing. And to make matters worse, the attendant at the beach was unwilling to give us the $15 back. So we ended up paying $40 to go to the beach that day. Again, our fault for not reading well, but if that had been clearly stated we could have avoided that charge. All in all, I highly recommend this property.

Summary: My brother and sister were looking for a family friendly location near the Block Island Ferry access and Newport. This is a hidden gem. The house has many amenities for outdoor gatherings and plenty of yard space. We spent most of the time there in outdoor dining, reading, or around the fire pit. Loved the lighting around the campfire Thanks so much for sharing. It was a memorable stay with such a week equipped kitchen.

Summary: A group of friends and I stayed at this beautiful property. It was a a 5-10 min drive to several beaches. We enjoyed Mackerel Cove beach. It was a quick 15min Uber ride to Newport where we had dinners and enjoyed a boat ride. McKenzie was a very gracious host and answered any questions I had during the trip in a very timely fashion. House was clean, beds comfortable and kitchen came fully equipped. In the evening we enjoyed the outdoor fire pit area and patio. I would recommend this house to anyone that is looking to have a relaxing weekend in RI.

Summary: We are delighted with our recent experience in Jamestown. The home is unique, inviting, roomy inside and out, clean, and well-equipped on all fronts. The lot was plenty big for outdoor activities and the fire pit is perfect! The large patio is a great gathering spot, as well. McKenzie was friendly and accessible. Highly recommend this place!
