Positive: Everyone were very polite and nice. The hotel is located at a main place that makes all the attractions fairly close and easy to travel. There was only one restaurant which offered to deliver food to hotel for dinner and they delivered on time though the food was little spicy for us. There is no escalator/lift facility available in the hotel. But they provided us one room in 1st floor so it was a bit easy for our parents. They were even flexible with check in timings. We actually reached yercaud quite early like 4 in the morning, and after enjoying sunrise at pagoda view point and boat ride in emarald lake we went to the room. It was still early than the usual check in time. They gave us one room first to refresh which was nice. Overall it was really a nice stay

Negative: It's not specific to this hotel. But in most of the hotels there is no elevator facility. So keep that in mind when you travel with family. Though they managed to provide a room in 1st floor for us, it was still difficult for parents. There is no swiggy option available for delivery. There was one veg restaurant nearby where the food was decent. As it was pongal holidays, it was a bit too crowded everywhere and there are limited options that delivered to hotel. So make sure to check with them for options.
