Positive: Bed was comfortable, in general the property was newly decorated. Host was flexible and let us checkin early and late for extra cost. Host mother seemed kind enough.

Negative: During the whole stay the apartment (and building) smelled like leaking gas, especially whenever the heater was on (which was a must as it was near 0 degrees and no heating or insulation). There was 6 of us and only two of us could shower with warm water (for 10mins max), the rest of us only ice water remained even though we waited for an extra two hours. We had to boil water to wipe ourselves down.

Summary: Nice space but no hot water and leaking gas.

Positive: Great location - close to bus station and town centre with lots of restaurants and cafe but quiet at night. Good shower with hot water. Washing machine free for use.

Negative: Gas heater was good for heat but gave out a smell in the apartment

Positive: Nicole the host was super attentive. She helped me before the trip talking to me on Whatsapp . She welcomed me warmly and help me to get a cheap taxi from the airport and when I left. Always available when needed. Beds are incredibly confortable and clean. The breakfast is super good and big. They serve you directly in the flat at the time you want. With a big smile.

Positive: Nicole goes above and beyond in making our stay a great one. She is always attentive to our needs. The location of the apartment is walkable distance to a lot of the Salt flat tours and easy access to restaurants and markets. I would recommend this place to whoever coming to Uyuni. (Side note, apartment is on second floor so fyi)
