Positive: Our mom couldn't make it up stairs to our originally assigned rooms, and it was absolutely no problem. They immediately showed her to a ground floor room where she was able to park right in front for loading straight into the room. Super service!

Negative: You can not fix the location. It's in a shady part of the city, but it was clean, centrally located and service was excellent when needed.

Positive: The room was very big and super-clean. There were toiletries and a table with chairs, a microwave, and a fridge. We had been given a room with a southside view, which means that the sun didn't heat up the room. There is an awesome Vietnamese restaurant in walking distance on the next block.

Negative: The welcome could have been a little more friendly. The AC was awfully loud on top of the road noise outside and what sounded like a smoke alarm (?) setting itself off again and again at night; I slept with earplugs. The area is not very pedestrian-friendly.

Positive: Central location near public transit makes it easy to go to and from downtown Seattle

Negative: The mattress was a bit too firm and sleep covers were minimal. But otherwise, the bedding was fine.

Positive: The motel was above average. Very clean, lots of hot water and clean sheets. Nice little microwave and fridge in the room. For a reasonably priced motel we couldn't have asked for any better. I think quite well run.

Negative: Bathroom area would have been better if it was bigger. The bed was alright would have been better if it was more comfortable and didn’t move a lot.
