Negative: It was rather cold in the rooms as well as common areas, the little heaters were not sufficient to keep the rooms reasonably warm

Positive: Staff was very nice and welcoming. Had a bit of difficulty finding where I needed to go the next dayK so they helped me find my way: When I came out of the onsen they gave me a printed explanation of the direction I needed to go and also in my own Dutch language. The effort the staff was doing really made me put a smile on my face
