Positive: Very comfortable bed and Very quiet since my room was on the backside of the motel. Cheerful and helpful staff. Loved the big, big TV. Close enough to restaurants.

Positive: Located close to the National Park Entrance. The room has a comfortable bed.

Negative: The Hotel is a one night stay mainly. we stayed two nights and missed basic services,like cleaning, trash emptying. An 11 hr poweroutage overnight due to a heavy Thunderstorm happened, but no Communication from the hotel or apologize for inconveniences happened. The hotel is on the mainroad to the National Parkentrance and very noisy late evening and early morning

Positive: Location was good. The price was decent. The staff was friendly and responsive.

Negative: The power went out and they don’t have a generator so we couldn’t shower and had to spend the night in the dark. The room smelled odd (clean but not a pleasant odor). I thought there was a balcony from the description, but our room did not have one. Also, the door to our room wouldn’t shut so that had to be fixed. They did fix it right away and apologized.

Summary: Did not quite meet expectations.

Positive: The lodge itself was wonderful. Above all we liked the hall with its "breakfast corner". We used this cosy place quite frequently. We even spent the evenings there, readings maps or books or preparing the next hikes on Mt. Rainier. We made good use of the free computer plus printer.

Negative: We didn't find anything. It was the perfect hotel for a perfect holiday.

Summary: Nisqually Lodge offered the best location for exploring Mr. Rainier Ntl. Park.

Positive: This is a beautiful ‘Lodge’ in the wilderness! Absolutely wonderful! No breakfast, but an adorable Ukrainian restaurant right next door! Felt like we were staying in Mount Rainier Natl Park 🤩 just outside the entrance of the park!
