Positive: The staff were very kind and accommodating! They picked us up from the station and helped us book our transport for when we were leaving. The house itself was very cozy and comfortable.

Negative: There were no wardrobes and little storage space for clothes which is a bit annoying for a longer stay.

Positive: Nice chalet in Niseko among others, walking distance from convenience store and restaurant, Chalet was really nice and cosy for winter break. It has all necessary facilities for cooking. Maybe, one or two shelves missing to organize the luggage easier. Staff was really helpful during the whole trip. It was great experience !

Negative: We saw a millipede in one of the bedroom before we sleep. The bedrooms has no AC, thus, it was stuffy to sleep in during the summer season.
