Positive: Very nice place. Excellent service, they clean the room and change your water/towels/shampoo every day. The staff was very kind and helpful (thank you F for all your help and suggestions !) Very nice neighborhood to explore. We will sure come back soon!

Positive: Very helpful staff, location practically on the beach near some beachfront restaurants. Room was a good size with a decent shower, toiletries and daily towel change. The patio/balcony and outdoor furniture was good but some cushions would have been nice to relax on.There's a market and a 7/11 nearby plus a coffee shop.

Negative: The wifi was a little bit hit and miss, but to be fair to the hotel, they knew it was a problem and were trying to repair it. There were lots of mosquitos outside. They had mosquito coils but didn't tell us and we didn't realise they were available until we were leaving. The pool was rather cloudy, and we chose not to use it, but other people did. The breakfast was simple. Toast and cornflakes with milk, some fruit, e.g. watermelon. There was also a cooked breakfast with eggs, sausages, or a rice porridge available if you wanted.

Positive: Lovely and helpful staff. A variety of excellent rooms to accommodate different needs. Second time I have stayed here within a year and I brought my wife's Thai family too. Because some of the rooms are a bit "over loved" the resort is currently doing renovations which look very attractive. Breakfast, particularly the buffet, was really delicious. Breakfast caters for all needs. Great location next to the beach and a restaurant. Plenty of local supermarkets and markets nearby. Go to Au Yang beach for an evening meal and sunset opportunity.

Negative: Nothing really as the resort is gradually updating its rooms which are already very attractive.

Summary: Excellent value and very comfortable.

Positive: Very good location. Very clean premises and spacious room for our purposes. Close to the beach and restaurant and conveniences such as 7/11 stores. Extended our stay here to take more time to look at the area.

Negative: There was nothing to dislike although we skipped the American style breakfast as it just doesn't measure up to a Thai breakfast.
