Summary: The staff were nice and tried to be helpful, which was the only positive. Unfortunately, the hotel is old and most areas are unmaintained, to the point that it feels beyond repair. The beds were uncomfortable, the pillows were low quality, and the room smelled like plumbing. The hotel was nearly empty, there were no activities available, and the food tasted like it had been reheated multiple times. Overall, despite the friendly staff, I would not recommend staying here.

Summary: Lobby was excellent and new! Fantastic gym for basketball and overall food quality was good, except for the afternoon snacks outside the buffet. Plenty of swimming options and great beach setup plus slides for kids. Only problem is that rooms were already showing signs of age, wear n tear and this is less than one year old. Our bathroom was in rough shape and the shower drain wasn’t working plus minibar fridge was not cold at all. A tech came to the room and said it was fine…! Last issue is the sewage smell when walking the grounds they really need to address that.
