Positive: Great option for this price point, I enjoyed having my own room and bathroom. The bathroom is inside the room, and the shower head, toilet, and sink are all squished into the shower space, so it was quite small, but I honestly didn't mind. The staff were pretty helpful and welcoming, there was free filtered water in the shared kitchen, and there was a small fridge and tv in my room I could use. The aircon worked great, and although the room was very small, it was fine for me. It was about an 11 minute walk from the train station, and there were lots of restaurants and stores within a 1 minute walk from the guesthouse. Not a whole lot to do in the area apart from restaurants, but it's an easy walk to the station to get to other places.

Negative: Although I didn't use it, I did notice the shared kitchen was a bit dirty, and dirty dishes had been left to soak for multiple days, but it wasn't too bad. Check in was a little confusing, but was fine in the end. It was nothing fancy, but quite good for the price. I'd happily have a short stay there again.

Positive: Great price, room was comfortable and fairly clean. Bathroom was decent too. It's not really a hotel, it's a goshitel where Korean students live while studying. The rooms are great for the price - private bathroom, TV, aircon etc.

Negative: Checking in was farcical. No one there, couldn't get inside, eventually someone who spoke no English appeared who denied it was a lodging and seemed confused by the booking. Eventually another guest who spoke Korean helped me he the guy to let me check in. Glad I didn't arrive after a long flight.

Summary: Great value, decent place, checking process needs work.

Positive: The guide was kind, and the accommodation was neat and nice. The transportation was comfortable and there were many restaurant and Convenience facilities nearby, so there was no inconvenience. I will visit again next time.
