Summary: Very serene and beautiful Bed and Breakfast. Within walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Phil and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. There were nice touches everywhere....from the s'mores to the overnight oats. Rooms were comfortable with modern touches while keeping the old school charm. Definitely book it!

Summary: We had a great time at Nine River Road. The House is very well decorated and is historic. The host was very nice and helpful. Only concern, as I was traveling with my kids, no one asked for my ID upon check-in and the home is not locked overnight. However, it did feel safe. Would visit again!

Summary: Nice experience all around. We went for a a concert at Bethel Woods and wanted to stay overnight. If you are looking for a middle ground between a standard Hotel and the numerous outdated Bed & Breakfasts in the area- this is the perfect place. Make sure you get there to pick up your key during "check in hours" as there wont always be someone there. Room was very clean, newly renovated, minimal modern cottage vibe. A light breakfast was put out in the kitchen in the morning, essentially coffee, bagels, pastries. A few things to note- we were 2 flights up, be aware if you have any issues with stairs. And parking was on the street.

Summary: Nine River Road was the perfect stay for attending a concert at Bethel Woods. The room was very spacious, as well as clean and comfortable. Delicious breakfast in the morning before taking a quick stroll to town for the farmer’s market & views of the river. To top it off, Tennessee was was a wonderful Host and delight to chat with. Hoping to return soon!
