Positive: Good location for exploring trendy Nimman.

Negative: Looks better in the photos. The apartment itself is a little tired and worn. With damaged and marked fixtures and furnishings. The bed was a little hard for me.

Positive: It’s a very nice place with a great location and a spacious room. We also received very good service. My mother and I felt very comfortable staying here. It’s within walking distance to Nimman, and traveling to other places is very convenient.

Positive: The security guard for the building was very helpful in locating the correct lock box to get the swipe cards to get to the condo. Helped carry bags upstairs as well. Very decent guy.

Negative: The Bed was as hard as concrete. I asked the owner for a mattress topper which they sent straight over. So that was good. Still, it made little difference as it was still very hard. Probably just me, but I went and stayed at a friends villa after 3 nights. Also the photos really do flatter the condo as well.

Summary: Rock hard bed, and modest facilities. Location ok in quiet area.
