Positive: Prime location when staying in Nikko. Within walking distance to Shinkyou Bridge and temple sites. About 15-20 minute walk from the train station, if you want to avoid the crowded buses. The in-house onsen was nice and empty when I used it. Staff were lovely and very welcoming.

Negative: No complaints, everything was lovely.

Positive: The typical Japanese room was very cozy and with a very good atmosphere. Our room had a view on Shinkyo bridge. The staff was super nice.

Negative: The luggage storage after checkout was 'till the 12 o'clock. The staff was super nice and they accorded to keep our luggage stored until 2 PM. That was a pity because we had to change plans because our train was at 6 PM and we had to return early because of the luggage.

Positive: Great location right next to Shinkyo Bridge and a bus stop right outside. The room was clean and comfortable and quiet and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay, even additional amenities like skincare samples and face masks. The hot spring was clean and comfortable and provided all the toiletries we could have needed!

Positive: It's a good location although not near station but near The Travel place. Room feel like a japanese style and very wide. Public Bath very big and quiet.
