Summary: The apartment was really nice. Good location and price. Communication was fast and clear, until the day of check-in, when they stopped answering completely. We tried to ask things like how to access the key and how to check-in properly. We tried through e-mail, through hotels.com and we tried calling, no answer. We managed to solve it ourselves after a while but they have still remained completely silent, two days after check-out at the time of writing.

Summary: Clean room and facilities. Easy to access and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. One air conditioning in sitting room was malfunction, not suitable for ver hot or very cold weather conditions. Check in procedures messy. First time I received an email with a link from Expedia and I uploaded all passport details. But the reception could not receive the information and they gave us another link for uploading.

Summary: Another fantastic stay. My family and I love this location. It is always clean when we arrive. There is plenty of parking and there are convience stores near by. It's 30 min from the ice rink we play at and has become a second home for us. It is also within 30 minutes of almost everything Nikko related.
