Summary: The property is overpriced for the quality of the facility and the restaurants. The lap pool has missing tiles and grime all along the top tiles. The decks for ground floor rooms are deteriorated.The gym is mediocre. The Sunday brunch is wildly expensive as is the Escape restaurants. It is not on par with other resorts we stayed at in Koh Samui for comparable pricing.

Summary: Staff is extremely nice! Facility is beautiful and the food is great. We stayed in the villa, very large and quiet. Villas are very trendy and updated. Great views, highly recommend this property. Included breakfast is buffet along with a la cart menu items.
