The home is fully updated and the kitchen fully stocked with everything you will need. Private hot tube overlooking the private lake. You can Pier fish from your private dock and the lake has large fish. The house has lots to do for the kids, board games, garage mini hoops, pool table, cornhole... This home has 5 bedrooms and 3 Full bathrooms. The 1st floor bedroom has a King size bed with a full bathroom. The downstairs bedroom provides easy access for those who do not like stairs. All rooms have King beds except one room which has two twin beds. Two of the bathrooms are on suite and the house also has mountain views, hiking, shopping, near NFL stadium, and is located in one of the best neighborhoods in the city. The Neighborhood: The house is located on a scenic lake with mountain views. This home is a quiet, tropical, residential neighborhood. It is a short drive from grocery stores, shopping, golf, pickle ball, and restaurants, as well as MLB spring training facilities, shopping, and football games at State Farm Stadium. The house has a 3 car garage, pool table, and is close to everything you need... This house offers one of the best backyards you find and feels like a resort. Once you step outside into the backyard the house it takes your breath away, and includes a private boat dock. The house has a lot of Palm tree's, birds, and large fish.
