Summary: The room was immaculate and comfortable. The snacks and fresh fruit were a lovely touch, as were the tables and chairs outside our door, which provided a pleasant place to eat.

Summary: Great location, well maintained, clean, affordable and the staff member was friendly. My only concern was that the interior of the main door to the room did not have another layer of safety, which would be a lock from the inside only.The door only has a deadbolt, so anyone with a spare key or ability topic the lock would be able to enter. I would suggest an inside bar lock. Otherwise it was a great place and we would stay again.

Summary: The staff were very hospitable. Although breakfast was not listed as an amenity, the hotel staff provided fruit, granola bars and muffins. The rooms are clean.

Summary: This is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for a clean, no frills place to stay. The upgrades are nice and really create a comfortable space. The location was perfect for us to visit our Syracuse student and also to venture into Skaneateles. The owner provides lots of thoughtful extras that make you feel welcome and glad you came. Good old fashioned personal service which is refreshing in todays world.
