Positive: The flat was perfect for our needs. Exceptional location for Sutton Hoo, Orford Ness, Woodbridge, Rendlesham forest and lots of exciting places to eat. My partner loves to cook and found the facilities more than adequate. He always brings his own knives but everything else was there. It's a cozy practical flat that overlooks the paddock and it was lovely to eat breakfast on the balcony while watching the horses, felt a little guilty seeing everyone working. At night we were able to see the stars clearly and hear tawny owls in the trees. A lovely getaway on a working farm.
