Positive: Really liked the location only a few minutes walk to the beach. There was a lively pub within walking distance. Easy parking and the cottage was well equipped.

Negative: Everything was very good but the checkout time of 9am was a little early.

Positive: Really well equipped cottage in a lovely location. We really enjoyed our week there. Great area for walking and wildlife!

Negative: The only minor criticism would be the lack of space at the foot of the bed in the main bedroom.

Positive: Spacious with great windows. Well presented and nice extras such as paper, local tourist attraction info, games, buckets, spades, nets, travel cot (but take an extra fold out travel cot mattress if you plan to use as travel costs aren't soft). Parking for two cars. Brilliant location for North Landing. Lots of nice little places to visit a short drive away.

Negative: Booking . Com didn't communicate anything via the app to the host so they didn't know about us having our dog with us or when we were planning to arrive until I found a message one email to contact them on the drive there. Changing mat would have been useful but had our own just in case. Main bedroom is a bit awkward to move around due to doors/bed size but would say it's probably the best that can be done to still fit a good size double.
