Summary: Loved our stay. Lovely clean rooms and very nice staff, and rooms open up to a nice view of the gardens with a private little deck. Very close to all the attractions. Will stay there again for sure.

Summary: There is a bistro on premises that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The is also a Woolies and BWS right next to the resort. Very convenient. Also in the Woolies complex there is a coffee shop selling excellent coffee. Room was a good size, well maintained. Car and walk ways all covered. Several laundries on premise. Staff were so helpful.

Summary: When we arrived, our room had a significant cleaning solution/perfumy scent which had triggered an asthma reaction for my partner. Upon advising the staff, Shannon at reception went above and beyond to find us another room. We ended up in a fabulous room that was very clean with more than ample amenities we would need. Mandy at the buffet breakfast was lovely and upbeat. She also went above and beyond for one of my friends who had a food allergy. The food quality and price was amazing. Well done to the staff! Fantastic service! We'll definitely be back for a longer stay next time 😁
