Positive: Location was outstanding quiet and peaceful. The owners thought of everything you could possibly need. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hair dryer, hair straighteners and curling tongue. Slippers, dog treats, dog bowls and blankets for the dog. Selection of teas, coffees, milk & bottled water. There was even a foot spa. There’s a bbq to use of you get the weather for it. This was the nicest place we have stayed in a while and we travel around the uk a lot. Thank you so much for making my 40th birthday so special

Positive: Arrived early and the van was ready with 45 mins of us arriving and reporting an early check in so very appreciative of this. Everything for the guests was well thought of, from books, colouring books, games and puzzles to foot spa, slippers even dog bowls, treats and blankets for our fur babies. Plenty of leaflets for things to do and takeaways in the area. Everything provided for hot drinks, both caffeine and decaf. Some vans don't supply bedding and towels this had everything, including shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, and kitchen had all utensils needed including airfryer. Husband took full advantage of the fishing lake, which he enjoyed.

Negative: Wasn't sure on how to control the temperature of the shower. Was very hot.

Positive: Absolutely beautiful static caravan in a great location. Gorgeous view of the lake too. Owner is extremely helpful and the caravan has everything you could possibly need for a break away. Owner left a few little extra touches which made it even better. There is a restaurant within walking distance which serves good food. I highly recommend this property - you will not be disappointed!

Positive: What a find..A fabulous property that,in my opinion ,would be hard to fault.Nice comfy furniture,mattress and spotlessly clean throughout.A good size walk in shower and en-suite with a very well equipped kitchen and plenty of storage ..The enclosed decking was ideal for our dog and the views over the fishing lakes were just so relaxing..Such friendly and helpful owners who obviously take pride in ensuring guests have everything they need..We will definately return and as a frequent visitor to The Lake District the property is in a perfect spot to access this and other areas…Facilities from other sites and local shops etc are only a few mins away .
