Summary: Paul is very gentle and he served us a breakfast made with great care. You can see the diligent attention in the details of the installation - in the room, in the bathroom and breakfast area. Even though our room was downstairs, we could notice his caution not to make noise to us when we walked upstairs. We will definitely come back if visiting the region again. ;)

Summary: This comfortable B&B was perfect. The hospitality was above and beyond, as were the delicious breakfasts cooked for us. I would definitely recommend it if staying in the Leamington area.
